Shipping & Returns

We ship via UPS and therefore it takes about 3-5 days within the USA and more for Canada and else where. If ordered and paid for overnight or express delivery other than ground then it may be 1 or 2 days as per the terms. Our processing time for regular orders is about 3-10 days and for the overnight and 2nd day about 1-2 days. Both retail and wholesale customers pay the shipping and any handling charges. Returns: For any purchase made online, we accept returns and exchanges by the retail customers for unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. This return policy is NOT applicable for the wholesale purchases using wholesale discount numbers to get greater than 50% discounts or all clearance sales or the purchases, which get more than 50% discount.

Returning or Exchanging by Mail

To expedite your return process and ensure the accuracy of any credit, please:

· Our Customer Service at 1-813-975-9868

· In the original box, carefully pack your item(s), including the tags, in the original condition, and include your INVOICE with the item(s). Be sure to keep a duplicate copy of this INVOICE for your records.

· Place the shipping label on the outside of your box and mail it back to the address on the label.

· Return via UPS for tracking purposes. We are sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D packages.

Damaged or incorrect goods

If for some reason your order was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. Simply fill out the original packing slip, indicating whether you would prefer to exchange for another item or a refund, and mail it back to us. We'll replace the incorrect/damaged merchandise, shipped with our compliments.

Return credit

If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Also, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are unable to accept C.O.D. packages.

Uneven exchanges

If the total value of your exchange is less than the total value of returned items, you'll receive the difference in the form of a gift certificate. Please be sure to specify the type of gift certificate you prefer on your receipt. Click here for more details. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the total value of returned items, please indicate the credit card to be charged for the difference.
